Australia is one place that beckons for my return. I’ve only ever explored Sydney on a couple of long layovers. And each time my appetite is wet for more. This is a photo from my first long layover adventure in October of 2016. I spent only two nights there, not even 48 hours, and most of one of those nights was spent here, at the Opera Bar. I haven’t discovered many bars in Sydney but I am certain that even as I do, this bar will remain my favorite.
