There is a mantra that has evolved from within me recently.

TRUST IN THE LOVE

Not in the person you are with but in the love that exists between you both. Trust in what you are creating together. Because if it is real and it is good it will last. There is nothing to fear.

We can’t put the fate of our relationships on the shoulders of the one we love. It is, after all, something we create together. It is the space between that is us.

This is a self-portrait we took in May of 2016, when we were only just beginning to trust in the love between us.
