I recently published an Exposure photo essay, The Mekong Delta, En Couleur. The story covered a few days I spent traveling through the region by boat, bus, and train. I was so surprised by how colorful this region was. I couldn’t help but organize the story by the colors of the rainbow. This is a picture I took of a wondrous bowl of phở I had at a floating market in Cần Thơ. One important lesson I learned during my travels in Vietnam was that the best phở happens in the least expected places, like bus stops and floating markets.
