I grew up believing that failure was bad. It wasn’t until I was well into my 30s that I learned that failing is AWESOME. Because it means you are trying. And the more you are failing the harder you are working and the closer you come to success. Like these photos here. It took me over twenty tries to get a crisp shot using a new technique that I learned during my Vietnam in Focus photo tour. But in the end I got! only because I kept trying.
