I had way too much fun with Trey Ratcliff in New Zealand on his annual photo adventure. So much fun that Trey nicknamed me Crystal Mess.  But it was his fault. He is the one that poured the endless cups of wine to the beat of Robot Heart sets at Burning Man. Kindred spirits we were. Somehow amongst all of this merry magic making and soul connecting, we still managed to take a few photos. This is one of those photos where you just happen to be at the right place at the right time. A hot air balloon was lifting off from a lake at about six in the morning.
