This is a photo I took of Antonio in Nosara last August when we had just arrived from our epic tour of South East Asia. I love shooting sunsets in Nosara. It is the most magical time to be at the beach. And since I am here now embracing the jungle life and motherhood by the sea, I need something to kick me into photo gear and get out there shooting. So I am committing to 10 days of sunsets starting tonight. I am going to try and get really creative with this. And man, do I wish I had my 24-70mm. It’s at Canon USA being fixed right now so probably won’t get it back until later this summer when I head back to the motherland. So I will be going back and forth between my nifty-fifty, 70-200 and maybe even snap a few with Antonio’s sub-standard Sony whatever (we have an intense rivalry over our cameras and he REALLY hates it when I put his down :).
So this is premium photo taken with premium camera (another inside joke for Antonio – anybody know what movie I am referencing?). Life is hard on the beach. Can’t you tell?
