I took this photo on the way down to the local water source in Mutoto, a village a few hours away from Kananga in Kasai Central. I passed by these cute kids who were on their way back up from the source with their full buckets of water placed comfortably on their heads. This was most likely one of three to four trips they would make that day to get water for their family. And this is most likely what they did instead of attending school.
